All items are checked before shipment. We'll send a photo of your package before shipping.

DELAYED RECEIVING OF ORDER

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:

    Your order was placed during our sales and promotions season.
    We are receiving overwhelming volume of orders.
    You order more than one product.
    Your order was placed during LOCAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
    Philippine Customs and shipment delay. (Most of our items are from abroad.)
    There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

​Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
